Founded in 2011, MPS brings decades of combined engineering, product, and deployment experience in offsite construction. Since inception, MPS has delivered more than 1400MW of critical power systems— and counting! Increasing demand has helped MPS branch into other markets including data centers, utility, agricultural, hospitality, and commercial office.

Simon Harkins

  • Simon Harkins provided design and construction services to some of the largest data center providers in the world utilizing both traditional and offsite approaches. Previously he served as Mission Critical Program Manager for a large electrical contractor and was involved with billions of dollars in master site planning, program development, and preconstruction in various regions of the United States. His main focus since 2011 is offsite construction and the development of new modular product. Prior to his current role, Simon served as Technical Director of a modular data center manufacturing company as well as Head of Product Development at MPS. Now as General Manager, he is instrumental in guiding business direction and maintaining focus on quality, value, and the customer experience.

Mike Sweet

Design & Engineering Manager

  • Mike Sweet started his career as a consulting engineer and project manager for nine years before joining MPS in 2013. He also served as an owner’s representative for a large data center developer, acting as the point of contact for design, construction, scheduling, and commissioning. This experience was invaluable in understanding customers' needs and what the phrase “complete product” really means. After joining MPS, Mike stepped into the Product Manager position where he played a key role in product development and implementation. He worked closely with factory, design, and project management teams to improve processes and product delivery. In 2017, Mike was promoted to Design and Engineering Manager and is now in charge of shop drawing production, customer design interface, BIM, drawing quality control, and product development.

Victor Olmedo

  • Victor Olmedo has been a Senior Project Manager for MPS since 2015. He manages multiple projects ranging from $500k to $25M in value. He heads MPS initiatives to establish industry-leading estimating, design, procurement, quality, finance, and production processes for all project managers.

Antwaun Smith

  • Antwaun joined the IBEW LU 24 JATC apprenticeship program in 2000. He worked as a Journeyman Wireman since 2004 and served as a mission-critical QA/QC/Cx Manager for Rosendin Electric. Since joining MPS, Antwaun manages factory production, quality, and onsite commissioning support team to help redefine the scope of product delivery and increase value to customers.

Michael Moore

Production Manager

  • Michael has more than 30 years of electrical experience in both industrial and commercial electrical projects. Since 2011, he has been involved in every aspect of integration and facility planning. He serves as the point of contact between the factory and office as well as liaison with the local IBEW. Michael helps lead the way with innovative installation methods while managing more than 100 employees. He manages supervision and construction activities with onsite foremen and area superintendents to ensure on-schedule and on-budget completion.

Rod Hawkins

  • In his tenure at MPS, Rod has managed the supply chains for more than 100 project deployments with an annual spend exceeding $50 million. He has more than 20 years of experience in project and supply chain management with multiple Fortune 500 companies. Rod has a proven track record of helping organizations transition from startup phases to fully thriving operations by developing and streamlining processes and procedures. As part of management teams in the electronics manufacturing services industry, Rod was an integral part of leading companies through ISO 9001-2008, ISO 13485-2003, and ITAR registrations.

Patrick Kubik

Quality Systems Manager

  • As Quality Systems Manager, Patrick is responsible for overseeing the company’s quality and business management systems. With 21 years of leadership experience, he provides strong global quality and operations acumen with deep understanding of modular integration, manufacturing, and assembly processes and methodologies. Previously, Patrick served in leadership roles at Caterpillar, Terex, and Black & Decker. In those roles he supported quality, EHS, supplier development, production, product development, product support, service and warranty teams. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University and is a veteran of the U.S. Army, 3rd Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment.

David Lambeth

  • David Lambeth has more than 20 years of electro-mechanical design experience and is a military veteran. Prior to his current role, he led development of integrated racks & cabinets for the telecom industry, collaborating across business development, manufacturing, operations, production control, purchasing, quality, receiving inspection, and testing business units.

Orrin Mitchell

  • Orrin Mitchell has been a STSC Safety Coordinator for MPS since 2016 and is intimately involved in setting switch gear and building electrical skids. As Safety Manager, he manages more than 100 employees and multiple buildings, maintains certifications and training, while simultaneously maintaining a positive and productive safety culture at MPS.

Bill Adkins

  • Bill Adkins serves as Senior Project Manager and Steel Fabrication Manager for MPS. He has more than thirty years of experience in leading contract and labor teams on large-scale government and commercial construction projects. His expertise in construction management, steel/civil construction, quality control, and safety resulted in delivery of multimillion-dollar projects around the world. Prior to this, Bill served with the U.S. Department of Defense, working in U.S. embassies and consulates in Africa, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Honduras, and Mexico. He is OSHA-certified and Dupont-trained and holds a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Robert Gorzynski

QA/QC Manager

  • Robert began his career at MPS as a wireman through Local 20 achieving his Journeyman and Master electrical licenses. With several years of experience in all MPS product solutions, he was brought on to lead and eventually manage Quality control for the company. Robert had a great respect for how critical the QC program was from his involvement in nearly every role on the production floor. This led him to better aide in developing and implementing the current QC program. With an attention to detail and thirst for perfection Robert has been a key player in ensuring all solutions delivered have a clean and smooth transition to our clients.
